This is what the dog rescue team informed us:

Save dogs from the dog meat trade and off the streets. We can only save those who can be saved first because we don’t have enough resources.

We help some kind people adopt pets, but only those who genuinely love dogs can do so; we will review the qualifications of compassionate individuals. We have some rescue canines that we keep in the rescue station, but there are too many dogs and we can’t keep them all.
